You know that feeling - the weight of your tasks ahead, the urgency, the complexity - that sits with you but rarely gets named in strategy meetings or acknowledged by colleagues?
In fact, you hold a responsibility for keeping the system running.
In this workshop, we won't be asking you to do more or solve faster. Instead, we'll acknowledge the emotional reality of overload and give ourselves permission to pause with it. We will explore and possibly broaden perspectives to free up capacity for the impact you truly want to make.
